Frederick DeWorken
Fred has been an executive in technology sales since 2010 when he started by helping Tableau Software land and expand their first clients in Latin America. In short order, he built a multi-million ARR business. Fred was inspired by Christian Chabot, Chris Stolte, and other Tableau executives in the transformational potential of democratized data access to change the world. Fred was able to run the same play at Snowflake, Inc., helping the unknown technology land its first enterprise customers in the region beginning in 2018. Fred believed that it was with the rapid proliferation of Snowflake that the true realization of democratized data was made possible and a modern data stack could emerge. Along the way, Fred was able to change the trajectory of his financial life by participating in two headline IPOs while he developed his career focused on data. Fred has been involved in data projects that run the full spectrum from cutting-edge, fully digital-native companies to the industry giants executing full-scale modernization by transitioning to the cloud and the modern data stack. With the advent of the modern data stack and Generative AI around the corner, Fred is excited to not only help companies realize the business value that will propel their missions but also to build a services company that will be the on-ramp onto a different trajectory for aspiring data professionals.
Raul Hernandez
As a young man in Colombia, Raul Hernandez always knew that he would be a businessman. He focused diligently on what kinds of skills were necessary and saw the world of software as a service as a very valuable competitive advantage for businesses. Having worked as a business analyst, he came across a technology that focused on asset management and became certified so that he could sell it. He partnered with an existing service provider and expanded their operations into Colombia, building a $3 million dollar business in Colombia while expanding the entire business to new territories, and growing revenues from $3 to more than $10 million before exiting. Part of what drove the expansion was Raul’s early recognition that visual analytics and modern data tools would become a competitive advantage for many companies. He began representing Tableau Software in 2012 and was instrumental in their rapid expansion in the Andean region. Raul’s company had a successful exit in 2023. Raul is excited to take on the next challenge, building a modern data stack center of excellence focused on the modern data stack that will provide an extremely valuable competitive advantage to the companies smart enough to invest and execute well.
Michael Kravec
Michael Kravec, a founding member and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at BlueYeti, brings decades of expertise in data, technology, and business strategy to the company. His illustrious career began in the early 2000s, designing innovative data collection solutions that saved organizations millions by optimizing manufacturing processes. Transitioning from machine vision to data-driven decision-making, Michael became a pioneer in leveraging data for operational efficiency and business intelligence during the nascent stages of IoT and SCADA systems. Michael’s career evolved into Sales Engineering and Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, where he played pivotal roles in scaling companies like Tableau from $13 million to $850 million in revenue. He has a proven track record of closing technical sales with Fortune 50 and 500 companies, developing strategic partnerships, and leading teams through disruptive technology transformations. His leadership extended to founding a Sales Engineering Center of Excellence at Alteryx, growing it significantly within two years. At BlueYeti, Michael is instrumental in driving the company’s mission to help businesses unlock the potential of agentic AI through high-quality data. He oversees U.S. technical sales, strategic vendor relationships, certification programs for BlueYeti’s Center of Excellence, and thought leadership initiatives to position the company as a market leader. Michael’s ability to simplify complex technologies and focus on business value aligns seamlessly with BlueYeti’s core principles. His passion for innovation and deep industry insight make him a cornerstone of BlueYeti’s mission to deliver transformative AI solutions.
Jessica Zuñiga
Jessica Zuñiga is a passionate leader in data governance and data management, a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), and a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and EGADE Business School. With a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Jessica has extensive experience guiding large, cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Governance, and Business Intelligence. She is the founder of Hablemos de Gobierno DATA & AI, a dynamic organization empowering the data community and promoting a data-driven culture across Mexico and Colombia. Jessica currently focuses on helping organizations design and implement effective data strategies and governance frameworks. As Vice President of Education for DAMA Mexico Chapter, Jessica combines academic excellence with real-world leadership to drive innovation, foster education, and shape the future of data and AI governance. At BlueYeti, Jessica is a cornerstone of our data strategy, bringing exceptional technical expertise in data governance, security, and AI readiness. Her ability to translate complex frameworks into scalable solutions has strengthened our data architecture and security posture, helping us innovate with confidence and integrity.
